It was rebased yesterday, so it is just some code left, plus testing of course.

Yes, it already does work on Win32, but it is not compiled with SSL support.

I don't think Cygwin makes sense. uhub already works on Windows.
The reason why there is no SSL support for Windows is primarily that I am too lazy to figure out how to build OpenSSL for Visual Studio.
